Payment Terms

Full payment - not more than 7 days after email confirmation sent.

Cancellation Policy : 14 days before arrival

Any room reduction or cancellation made after 14 days cut off period, 1 night penalty charge shall be imposed for any number of cancelled/reduced/no show/shortened stay.

Company policy:  Check in time is from 1500hrs & check out by 1200hrs. Early check in & late check out is subject to room and the applicable charges.

Deposit are non-refundable.  

No-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's room charge per room booked.
